The UseCV group carries out studies to improve the usability of different products, and with this also improve the user experience. We organize the work around the research group and in relation to the product to be evaluated, its objectives, its characteristics and its potential users.

We use usability and UX inspections and tests to evaluate your products. One of the most frequently used methods (which in turn allows us to detect a large number of usability problems) is the Heuristic Evaluation. This inspection method involves an expert group of evaluators who judge the software product interface based on usability (heuristics) principles oriented to the evaluated application.

As a result, the most frequent, severe and critical usability problems are identified, giving the client a detailed report with the analysis of the results obtained, so that they have all the necessary information and recommendations to improve the usability and the user experience of their products.

The UseCV research group has conducted and published several research projects and usability assessments.

We have usability and user experience laboratories, in order to evaluate your product and how this product is used by users, thus measuring the degree of usability of that product or application and the user experience when using it. All of the above has the objective of identifying the problems that affect the user experience and usability.
