The members of the Human-Computer Interaction Research Group PUCV UseCV, will participate as relators in a series of Webinars organized by the HCI-Collab network, this time the members will present topics focused mainly on usability, user experience and consumer experience . The dates and themes can be found below:

-March 28th, Virginia Rusu will present “The consumer experience: an interdisciplinary approach”.
-March 28th, Cristian Rusu will present “From the user experience to the consumer experience”.
-April 25th, Daniela Quiñones will present “Heuristics for usability and user experience”.

The HCI-Collab network, sponsored by the AUIP, offers the Ibero-American community a series of webinars in 2019, as a means of obtaining and accessing learning and reference resources in Spanish in the discipline of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). The initiative is proposed as a strategy to promote knowledge about various topics of HCI, which will be presented by renowned researchers and Ibero-American businessmen. It is hoped that this initiative will strengthen the HCI-Collab network and allow new members to join.
